Building Bye-Laws (Amended March 2025)
We adhere to updated BBMP Building Bye-Laws, ensuring compliance with revised setback requirements, Floor Area Ratio (FAR) limits, and mandatory digital infrastructure (e.g., ducts, cabletrays, and ICT systems) for new constructions. Solar panels are now mandatory for buildings over 5,000 sq. ft., along with automated fire detection systems and proper exits.
Property Registration (January 2025)
Our processes align with new A-Khata and B-Khata guidelines, requiring prior approval from planning authorities for registrations, ensuring legal compliance and transparency via the e-Khata system.
Legal Under taking for OC/CC (May 2025)
